By accessing or using the Clickslab platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

Description of Service

Clickslab provides a link management and analytics platform that allows users to create, manage, and track shortened URLs, manage workspaces, and view click analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

User Accounts

You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create or share links to illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Distribute spam, malware, phishing content, or unsolicited communications.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., links, workspace names); by submitting content you grant us a limited license to store and display it solely to provide the Service.

Termination
